The wild one ran for miles, trying to make FEAR stop chasing her but to no avail, he kept on running. When she had briefly stopped to see if he was still chasing her, he swung his long staff, making her duck and fall to the ground. As she crawled backwards while looking into the two black holes FEAR had for eyes, he kept on getting closer an closer. She held up her pendent as a shield but FEAR knocked it out of her hands, making her vulnerable. She didn't have time to grab the rope tied to it and protect herself. FEAR had lodged it's staff into her, aiming for her heart but missing by a hair. Blood splattered on the dry desert ground and she fell down with a thud. FEAR had disappeared with the dusty air and left her for dead. With all her strength, she grabbed her pendent, gripping onto it tightly. This wild one's religion, her legion, will be with her even in the last moments of life. She expected death to come and take her away like her fallen brothers but it never did. Soon she heard something like footsteps. Their shoes crunched against the surface of the dry land and stopped next to her. She struggled to look at the person since the pain was still going threw her body, plus the sun was beating down into her eyes, making their face impossible to see. They moved in front of the sun, making the suns glare disappear. Her love, The Deviant was standing there. She struggled to reach out to him with a trembling hand, wanting to say something but coughed out blood. He knelt down, taking her black painted hand into his, intertwining their fingers together. "It'll be alright. Your safe," he said so softly, it was more of a whisper. He put her hand against his flawless face with dirt matted on from this desert. The Deviant lightly kissed her hand and picked her up bridal style. He walked for a while until he got back to the base. The Deviant laid her down onto the rocky ground and voices came from the rest of the Legion. The Prophet, the wild one's brother knelt down next to her and looked at the wound FEAR had made. "She'll live, right?" he asked with his voice shaking.
"Maybe. There was a lot of blood on her when I first saw her," The Deviant said. The Prophet looked down to the wild one with sad eyes. She used all her strength to smile and move her hand on top of his. He held her close, trying to be careful, not to hurt her. "You might have to resurrect the sun without me," she whispered into his ear.
"No, I refuse to do that."
"You'll have to if you want to defeat FEAR. Don't worry about me, I'll be fine."
He nodded, holding back tears and laid her back down. The Deviant knelt down and took her hand, lightly kissing it. "Hang on, please. Just a little longer," he begged. She could already feel her consciousness start to slip away but tried to hold on for this last moment. "I love you," she breathed out. "With all my heart."
"I love you to," he held her close and placed soft kisses on her head. He lightly kissed her on the lips before she closed her black painted eyes, breathing her last breath of life. The Deviant could feel her pulse slowly fade and silently cried to himself. They burned her body by the fire of The Mystic and all watched. Her mask was the only reminder she existed. All of the Legion mourned her death and had an even bigger grudge against FEAR. They all knew once they defeated him, their sister will return to them, standing by their side with that proud, cocky smile she always had
THE BLACK VEIL BRIDES ALBUM CAME OUT!
Also, their movie (Legion of The Black) had played all of January 6th so that's the inspiration to this. In the movie, eve (main character/the person telling her story threw her imagination) is what I call, a Wild One [link]
. In reality, she is a BVB fan who is taken to a mental hospital because her parents thought there was something wrong with her. In one part of the story, the story is being told in Eve's imagination where she is a wild one. The prophet (Andy biersack) finds her dead and takes her back to his 'base' and burns her body. I loved the idea and made Clara Eve and The Prophet, The Deviant (Ashley purdy)
The prophet- Andy biersack
The deviant- Ashley purdy
The mystic- jinxx
The destroyer- Christian coma
The mourner- Jake Pitts
